Mary, Mary...

I think the garden is pretty, "cover crop" and all. I love the different shades of green. Getting close on the sweet corn - yummm! Have a few baby cantaloupes, some okra, lots of green tomatoes, zero peppers (huh?) and only one cucumber on four plants that have spread all over the entire garden and have a million blooms (double huh?). My pitiful eggplants that the bugs have just tried their best to kill are hanging in there and trying really hard.

I'm mostly quite contrary. The heat is supposed to break after today. Um, since when is 87 a COOL DOWN?!?!? Sadly I'll take it. And a little rain would be nice as well.

Cross your fingers!

I am so with you on the heat! I can hardly function when it is so hot and humid. It's been just awful in the Bluff Country. Supposedly, a cold front moved through last night and the humidity is supposed to drop. Gee ~ maybe I'll actually be able to step outside without melting or passing out from dehydration in five minutes....

Stay cool!
Weather or not your garden is producing ~ it LOOKS good! ;-)
And we both know that that is what is really important...

Ugh, that's like over a hundred, correct? I'll quit complaining about 94.

The shades of green are beautiful! I can't handle the heat up here....don't know how you do it down there.

What a LUSH wonderful garden. I struggle just to keep mine wet and the weeds from being bigger than the plants.

Your corn "is as high as an elephant's eye. And it looks like it's climbing clear up to the sky". Oh what a beautiful day..... even if the heat would make you think something else.
Looks like you've grown your own farmers market in spite of the soggy beginnings. ;-)

The garden looks great. We have more blooms than fruits on a lot of things. It's amazing when our temps are cooler than yours!

What a great garden! My neighbors have one going and I'm so in awe of it. I put out 3 tomato plants and they are pitiful compared to your photos and the neighbor. Oh well, I wasn't born with a green thumb, but I definitely was born with a wooly heart!!!
