The Twelfth Day Of Christmas

Was spent sick. As was the Tenth and Eleventh. Ugh.

Ewenice and Renny have recently been spending their daytime in with the main flock, but for the last two days I've left them in the yard. In the midst of everyone, Renny "loses" Ewenice and yells for me to come straighten everything out...about every two hours. In the yard they can be completely self-sufficient aka just pretty much helping themselves to anything they want.

Can I have Fifteen Days of Christmas?

Sorry you got a case of the oogies. If you want 15 days, take 'em. Who's going to stop you?

“How did it get so late so soon? Its night before its afternoon. December is here before its June. My goodness how the time has flewn. How did it get so late so soon?”

Take as many days as you wish. Christmas ends on April 15th when you find out how much money you've spent. (author?)

I'll give you 15 if you give us a close up on that hex sign! Is there meaning or a story behind it?

Sorry you're under the weather. Get better soon! Would love to come to the open house, but that's the same time as S&S annual meeting. :( maybe next time?

Drink lots of fluids and make some home-made chicken soup.. There's something in that soup that is good for the body.
I went to my weekly Quilting group last night at the neighbors house.. On her table was a plastic bag and it had the words "Punkin Patch" and a colorful picture. My eyes just fixed on the package and then I saw inside some roving and a spinner.. I said "Where did you get this".. she said for Christmas..I'm going to learn how to use it and make my own yarn.. She was so excited.. so was I... I had told her about the yarn that I had bought from you to make my sister a hat and she looked up the blog site I had given her.. What a surprise~!
Thanks so much for making us two happy girls..

Thanks for all the well wishing. How cool is it that paths crossed out in Iowa :-D.

I *think* I did a barn quilt post. Will look and if I didn't, will do so right away.

The calendar I won just arrived in the mail and is fantastic. There are lovely photos of the sheep, the dogs, flowers-everyone single one is a great shot. I love it for the photos but there is lots of space for writing on the dates so it is going to be a very useful and well-used calendar. If any of you fellow readers are looking for a fun calendar, you MUST get one for yourself.
Thank you, Sara, for the contest!

Hope your feeling better soon. There's no good time to be under the weather, but at the holidays its a doubly unfortunate thing!

Is it a law somewhere that shepherds get sick after Christmas? Here too...we've been fighting something, plus all our joints ache like never before. Hmm...I say it's a conspiracy!
I do hope your are feeling better, up and about, and pronging around like the first lambs of Spring very, very soon!
