Actually pretty clever! None of the following pictures, SOOC (straight out of camera), were anything you'd even keep on your phone's camera roll for any reason other than sentiment.
I've never been too in to highly processed photographs. Instagram is super popular right now and I've played with it some, but haven't found it as fun as I thought I should. Mr. Science (aka 20's Uncle John) turned me on to the PowerSketch app the other day and that got my attention a bit.

Blossom had her last CDT booster shot Monday and got really punky afterwards, running a 105 temp and feeling powerful pitiful. Her breathing was a little labored and after the scare from a couple weeks ago, I didn't want to take any chances so I pulled my cot out and camped in the barn with her. She crawled onto the bed and slept there all night. This was my view the next morning.
She felt some better in the morning, but still not her normal self so I ended up sitting out there with her most of the day because that seemed to really help her. And after trying to sleep with a big girl lamb on my legs and a furry catwrapped around my head on my pillow the night before, I kinda needed a catch up day ;-).

All day long Blossom would get up to eat, but after each time climbed right back into bed.

I thought it was sweet how she kept curling up next to me and tried to take some pictures with my iPhone. With the bright light outside and the darkness in the barn, the pictures were cute, but nothing even remotely special.
PowerSketch
The 'rice paper' filter on the PowerSketch app could pick up all sorts of detail. Hmmm...
PowerSketch
Can't remember which filter this is (picture from the other day), but I like it too.

I then started looking for what else might be out there in app world and tried the Tadaa app and the fun began. Each picture that really wasn't anything great...or even decent, honestly...with a little post processing, has become some of my favorite pictures I've taken.

Now I get it. I think. I'm probably still not doing it right because most of those sites are more like Facebook for photography and I'm not into that nor do I have time to add photo networking to my to-do list, but I'm enjoying learning to use the programs. And I'm excited to be taking pictures with my iPhone that I really like finally.

And it made finding Chicken No sitting on a bazillian eggs this morning almost fun.
Almost.

Have you tried any of the many iPhone camera apps? What have you liked? What else is fun or helpful that those of us who are normally too busy to play with our phones should know about?
