Friends And Flowers

I should tell you what the bees are up to and where those flowers were found and how much I have enjoyed our day lilies this year, but I have nothing to say. I am wordless. I am so tired - physically, mentally, emotionally.

I appreciate everyone's thoughts and prayers and hugs. I especially liked the idea of everyone giving their sheep (and cats and dogs and horses and chickens and family and friends...) an extra hug in honor of Lorna Doone-Buggy and everyone she touched.

Let's go do that. Every day.

And take a kleenex.

Even though none of them really care if you get snot on 'em.

Sometimes there are no words that can reveal the feelings of the heart. Let your camera speak for your soul.

You are grieving, and it will take time to work through that. You've had a hard year, and I think our hearts can only take so much of things like this. As much as all of us enjoy your blog, I think we all understand how painful life with animals can be as well, so just take care of yourself and give yourself time. All my critters got extra hugs (at least the ones that let me...and that is still allot.)

I've tried to hug Emma in Lorna Doone's honor, but hugs have to be on her terms. I have to wait for her to come to me, and it's usually just because she wants back scratches...but that's OK. I love doing that.

strange - my WV is singsob. Yep - we can sing in our hearts while our eyes sob....

I have tried to write something and deleted it twice.

Just know that we all love you, and feel your pain with you because you share so willingly with us.

All the photo's are good, I especially like the orange tabby in the swing. Yes, I will dole out hugs in honor of Lorna.

Your flowers are lovely...and good for the soul! wish I was sitting on that swing with your orange kitty, I almost snatched up a tiny orange barn cat over the weekend...if I could have caught it I would have brought it home :-) Sending you hugs and blessings from Kansas

Have just caught up with your last post. I am so sorry. Can completely understand when words fail. My cat allowed me to hug her - I felt bliss.
