The Mia sized version of the Boudreaux sized blog. This is mostly a BACK UP BLOG and a smaller version for smaller screens if the main blog is too hard to navigate. Yes, it's a crazy winter.. We are having a heat wave this morning. Hardly any wind and it's 12.. But in Kentucky you shouldn't be so cold...Put on another sweater.. ta ta for now from Iowa
You are having our winter last year. It was long and hard and ever so cold. This year we are dry, but the humdity (which is really rare for a arrid place) is HIGH!
Warmer in Alaska by four degrees. I hope it warms up soon!!! I hope the critters are tucked away snug as possible, and I hope the wind doesn't pick up.
You're not kidding! And it's still fall! This is the first day we have seen sun in ages, and have been shoveling our butts off (if only they would shrink). Stay warm!
The colder it is outside, the better the excuse to stay inside the Wool House and spin away! Bring on the hot chocolate and marshmallows, and Christmas music;-)
I'll have to see where in Alaska Peacecat is from because my Alaska has -40* below zero this morning. :( But it is something we expect and probably not as hard to deal with as winter is for you. Hope you are back to normal soon.

If this is Fall, I don't want to see Winter.
I feel your cold! 3 degrees this morning - thank goodness for heated water buckets!
