The Borage has been a fantastic addition to our yard. The volunteer petunias were a nice surprise as well - the perfect color compliment.

A huge spider web.
It started at the left arrow and somehow was attached to the garden fence - right arrow. Did she catch a breeze and "fly" over there or did she jump down, crawl across 10 feet of grass dragging her spinning behind her?
Sadly/funnily, no one is immune to dog hair around here ;-).

I don't know that I've ever seen a spider's web that large - she/he must be quite the acrobat!

We have dog hair in everything too.
It freaks me out to think they can jump like that.

I prefer to think she jumps and screams "Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" while doing so.
Great shots of the web!! I've tried to get them, but it can be pretty tricky, can't it? But we've had some that were spread pretty far and wide too--I guess the spider just had too much time on its hands--Or it just never hurts to dream big! ?? :-))

You grew some beautiful Borage! I once "candied" the flowers of my borage..and they looked wonderful on top of a cake (or in icecubes!) I'm sure your bees enjoyed it...will you save the seeds?
