Sunday Stills - Your Favorite Place

I have lots of favorite places, but sitting out with Hank and the sheep on a warm spring day after shearing ranks right up there.

An itchy spot so far back that one of your legs comes off the ground? Love it.

Renny's new 'do.

Marcel must have learned that guard dogs are okay from Dianne's sheep. He's the only New York sheep that will not only walk right up to Hank, but stay and graze. And just look at his cute little cottontail.

Red-winged Blackbird sitting near us on a cattail in the Frog Pond. Such a distinctive call.

And a knitting project...in which more time is spent playing keep away from Graham than actually knitting.

For more favorite places...

Why does this not surprise me? It looks gorgeous down there...the snow was almost gone yesterday, and we woke up to more! Keep enjoying what you have been enjoying...a little slice of heaven.

Peaceful indeed! I think a lot of us find peace in our animals, whether they be sheep, dogs or horses.

So many wonderful things to see in your favorite place!
The last pic of Graham in front of the pointy needles made me laugh. You are right, he does have a propensity for sharp pointy things. Who knew?

A warm spring day would be one of my favorites too!

Renny looks amazing! I imagine you can hardly believe she's the same animal as the one you first took in. My cat also makes me feel peaceful, as she's always near me - but how I'd love to sit in a meadow and watch sheep!!!
